I would never make a purchase without reading the reviews. I am a realtor who deals with many clients who either live in a country club and in need of a golf cart or have properties and want a street legal cart. Now I was in need of a golf cart for myself. In my 20 years experience I have never seen such personalized customer service.
From the moment I walked in, I was asked by Lou about every scenario I would be using the golf cart for. I never felt pressured in the least. Aside from all the gorgeous different models and accessories, I found the perfect cart for me. I wanted a 4 seater since I have grandchildren, the sound system is incredible. I called probably too many times but they always answered my calls or returned my calls quickly even on a holiday or weekend. Unbelievable customer service and the warranty is for life. Since I have received my cart, I have referred many of my clients to their delight!
